The Coho guarantees that every hotel reservation booked on our web site will have the lowest rate available on the internet.  If you find a lower rate over the internet, we will match the lower rate, plus a 10% discount, under the following conditions:

1) While searching for room rates at The Coho over the internet, if you come across a lower room rate on a competing web site versus the rate shown on The Coho web site for the same room category (and same date), we will honor that rate for the nights plus give you an additional 10% discount off the lower rate found upon its verification by The Coho management. 

2) For the purpose of the Lowest Internet Rate Guarantee, a competing web site is defined as a major online booking web site such as Orbitz, Expedia, Hotels.com, Travelocity, and Priceline (or any of their affiliate websites).

3) Rooms on the other web site must be publicly available, viewable and immediately bookable on the Internet at the time of verification.

4) You must advise The Coho within 24 hours of booking your room by calling us at 1-541-994-3684 or emailing us at reservations@thecoholodge.com with your booking details.
